i got kinda lazy and decided not to shade everything... just the faces. i DID attempt cell-shading it, but that phailed miserably.
anywho, here's another kakasaku after such a long time! ;D i had been itching to do another for a while, but just could not find the time - thanks to school. so... what was my solution to the problem...? draw it IN school!! that way... it can't possibly interfere with my homework and shit! 8D ingenious, isn't it?
anyway... hope you like it. in my opinion, i think it beats the asses of all the other kakasaku drawings i've done. so, woohoo for improvement!
EDIT: i've received SEVERAL concerns over the lividity of sakura's skin in this drawing, so i finally decided to do something about that -- of course, by darkening it. so, i hope it's a bit more appealing and less ghastly to you than before.
*i ended up darkening the hair a little, too.
my anatomy usually turns out like shit. i'm still not even completely satisfied with this... but, i'm working on it. XP
ahahaha... again with the clothing folds... XD i already told you my story behind those~
speak for yourself. you have some impressive talent, too, that i dearly envy. i would consider ourselves even.

I'd like to show you some awesome nature related work from more or less unknown artists which deserve more attention - this is a must see, you won't regret it!!!
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
